Anna was born and raised in a very tiny town in Virginia. She started reading with great enthusiasm as a child and has never stopped. Her first book was written when Anna was in first grade. It was pretty bad but her mother liked it. 

 

After graduating with an English degree from Radford University, Anna moved to Germany to become an au pair. She has since lived in New York, California and is now back in a different small town in Virginia. Anna dragged her husband from the East Bay area of California with her and they have two very lively children, Ezra and Miriam. 

 

Anna has been writing for years and when she isn't writing, works as an editor. She writes all the time and often late into the night. Meadow Perkins, Trusty Sidekick will be published by Soul Mate Publishing in Summer 2015. Her short story "Miles and Mae," will be published as part of a Holiday Anthology on December 1, 2014. Her second book is in revisions.
